If you've been following the series you'll know each of the observed shapes are providing a different aspect of the experience of the collaboration. If I were to lay them out on the table in front of me I'd put the Huddle as the centerpiece of the page. As such I also realise it's the least innovative of the lot in terms of spotting new things. All the others I've put forward suggest a step towards it and so represents the most basic form of multiple person collaboration working together. Collaboration in it's raw form to complete the set for but nothing original.
I only realised when researching that it derives from American Football where instructions were being given and they didn't want to message to get out- particularly when playing a deaf team! This is interesting in that it's a defence device in terms of heritage rather than how is seen today as a working together device.
In my image there are three people involved which is towards the small end so it's often a bigger group where you can unpick the specifics of who is transmitting and receiving in the group. Based on my values it's great to see a Huddle where everyone has a chance to express themselves in an open and honest dialogue and so consideration should be given to how best to do this with various characters involved! I don't think this one needs to include a central focus as the other shapes do but of course it can in the form of a board or flipchart to work around.
I'd love to hear your views of this as my own understanding is purely through observation and therefore not in anyway scientific. As such it's an interest area that I would to develop by understanding your own experiences of the same.
I appreciate you taking the time to pay attention to this thought,
