HUD just issued the FY '24 Indian Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) NOFO. This is a competitive program with $150M that will fund a wide array of affordable housing, community development, and economic development activities conducted by Tribes and Tribal organizations. 10 个月Could you please add a definition of tribe and tribal? i.e. Does it need to be a 100% Indigenous led organization with charity status? Does this just apply in the U.S.? Could a non-Indigenous group that identifies as a Tribe apply? Does it have to be persons identified as Status Indians? Does the group need to meet governance and finance qualifications? Thank you
