On the heels of their 2024 Inbound Annual conference, HubSpot announced numerous exciting changes to their CRM platform. While Breeze, their brand new AI cross-hub tool, was clearly the focus of this year's conference, it was certainly not the only topic.

Hidden Fields in the New Forms Editor
By using hidden form fields, you can automatically pass values into properties without requiring contacts to fill them out.
A hidden field can be used to streamline your process with accurate tracking when a contact submits a "Request a Quote" form. Both data management and user experience have been improved.
AI suggested tasks from comments
Powered by AI, HubSpot now generates tasks directly from comment threads, making it easier to track action items and follow up on collaborative projects. In busy comment threads, this feature streamlines the process of managing tasks.

Note: This feature is only available with Help Desk. The target teams and/or users must have a paid Service Hub seat to participate in skill-based assignment. Users without service seats will not be considered in the routable pool of agents even if they have the skills and availability.

HubSpot's app now allows you to approve knowledge base articles directly from your mobile device. Both requestors and approvers will benefit from this enhancement, as it streamlines the approval process and makes it more efficient.

The ability to transfer inbound calls between users assigned to the same calling channel in Inbox or Help Desk has been added.

The caller can be placed on hold, the rep of your choice can be selected from the list, and the transfer can be initiated. Required association labels for manual record creation

Under settings, you will find a new section called Enrichment. You can configure and control both Contact and Company enrichment settings. Using Smart CRM, you can also manage enrichment actions and credit spend as well as view contact and company attributes on individual records.

Company Keywords

Using custom filters in your HubSpot Smart CRM, you can find the companies that matter most to you, regardless of whether they are existing accounts or new prospects.
