Transactional Email Filter in Email Health

The Subscription type filter on the Email Health tab allows users to view only their transactional or marketing email subscriptions.

Use Case

Users can gain further insights into email health with more granular email health filters. A new set of insights into the overall health of transactional emails is now accessible to users.??

AI view and filter available on the Marketing Email Manage page

Exicting addition of an AI filter and AI view to the Marketing Email manage page. With AI assistance in their email content, marketers can now filter and manage their emails. Marketers can view, filter, and access their Marketing Emails that have been generated or assisted by AI with the new AI view and filter.

Email - New Bot Open & Click Rate

HubSpot now shows bot-included engagement rates. HubSpot will now display the open and click rates for emails after they have been sent, including and excluding recognizable bots. Some customers may see bot-included rates similar to what they see in marketing software without bot filtering.

Use Case

This method provides a more accurate view of the human interaction with your emails. HubSpot will now provide customers with a comparative view of bot-included and excluded rates, so they can measure the true success of their campaigns.

Leads - Public API

In order to facilitate their business processes, many sales organizations rely on HubSpot's robust objects APIs. HubSpot's CRM object API allows you to create and manage lead records in your HubSpot portal, as well as sync lead HubSpot data between HubSpot and other systems. Leads can now be created and assigned in bulk for organizations, records can be updated in bulk, and rich lead data can now be leveraged in other systems by organizations.

Deal Split API

Using the new Deal Split API, customers can read and write deal splits with their respective percentages.

Use Case

Deals are often owned by multiple reps and commissions are split between them if the deal is won. The percentage of commission each rep claims should be represented in HubSpot to represent the shared deal ownership.

Customers who manage some of their deals or forecasts outside of HubSpot want their deal split percentages represented within HubSpot. It was previously not possible to read or write deal split data via API, so data was incomplete and out of sync. With these changes, customers will be able to ensure that all of their data is up-to-date with one source of truth.

Calling Apps in Help Desk

HubSpot Help Desk provides Calling apps for connecting your existing phone lines to the Help Desk, directing inbound calls to reps or teams. When you receive an inbound call, your selected users or teams will be notified simultaneously, creating a new ticket in the connected pipeline. Aircall is currently the only app that supports this new calling connection; more apps will be available soom.

Trigger a Workflow from a Playbook Submission

Upon submitting a playbook, users are now able to trigger the workflow associated with a specific object.

Use Case

  • Efficiency: Using automation, workflow processes become smoother and quicker, eliminating manual tasks and reducing errors. As a result, reps can focus on more strategic activities, saving time and effort.
  • Consistency: By automating workflows, reps are able to adhere to best practices across the team when handling playbook submissions.
  • Task Management: The overall workflow management process can be streamlined with automated workflows.
  • Scalability: The automation of playbook submissions allows businesses to scale effectively as they grow.

Data Sync - Bulk Recreate Deleted Records through the Record View

HubSpot has added the option to bulk resync deleted records within Sync Insights, which is now available on both the "Object view" and "Record view" pages. By providing increased visibility into the number of restored records and sending notifications once the process is complete, this improvement enhances the user experience.??

Use Case

The ability to bulk resync deleted records directly from Sync Insights' "Record view" can streamline the process of restoring important records for users implementing Data Sync integrations.

AI assistant to create workflow actions

AI Assistant in Workflows provides enhanced time-saving benefits and efficiency benefits to automation processes, enabling front office teams to automate and streamline tasks with just a few clicks while maintaining control over the results.

Use Case

Using this feature reduces the learning curve and enables users to build automated processes that they may have envisioned, but may not be able to configure from scratch.

User Object available in Reports

In order to ensure that Users are fully functioning CRM objects, HubSpot has made Users available in both single- and multi-object Reports.

Use Case

In order to make data-driven decisions, CRM admins and managers want better insight into how their teams interact with HubSpot. Having the ability to report on Users allows these leaders to gain a more complete understanding of their team's portal usage and assist them in improving usage where it matters most.

Interactive Workflow Diagram Highlighting an Object’s Path through a Workflow

Enrollment History and workflow diagrams are now displayed in the workflow editor for each enrollment based on the workflow versions they experienced. Each enrollment's workflow diagram now shows what happened to it, including the branch paths it followed and the end point it reached.

Use Case

In the workflow editor, customers can now quickly see what happened to each enrollment at every step. Action logs and version history no longer need to be pieced together.

Sync Property Type

Customers can use Sync Properties to copy property values between objects. This feature eliminates the need for manual entry or workflows to keep two properties in sync across objects. It makes it even easier for customers to get the data they need, when they need it.

Use Case

Thanks to Sync Properties, admins can say goodbye to time-consuming and painful workarounds. With this feature, you can eliminate those cross-object data silos and ensure that your data is consistently updated and aligned.

Deal Velocity & Contact Lifecycle Stage Velocity in Stage Tracker Card

In the Stage Tracker card for the middle column of the record, Deal Velocity & Contact Lifecycle Stage Velocity are now available.

Use Case

Find out how long your deal or contact has been in its current stage. Explore your record's progression through previous stages. You can also add up to 4 properties to round out your stage tracker directly from Stage Tracker.

View Record Access

Within a CRM Record, the View Record Access option is now available in the Actions dropdown menu. It allows you to see which users have access to the specific record, what access they have, who owns the record, and what is their change history.

Use Case

View Record Access enhances administrators' visibility and transparency in managing user access to CRM Records. Providing a consolidated view of user permissions, teams, contact owners, and custom properties that influence access privileges, this feature simplifies the process of identifying who can communicate with, view, edit, or delete specific CRM records.?

Unified record page editor

By using the unified record page editor, admins can easily customize the record in one place, giving them a holistic view of what their teams will see.

Use Case

With the unified record page editor, administrators can customize the entire record page in one integrated editor to provide their teams with the right information at the right time.

Data Setup Checklist

A collection of core data model setup tasks that new admins should complete when configuring their data model. This checklist is designed for new admins in enterprise portals. In the future, HubSpot will provide additional checklists.

Use Case

By using this checklist, new admins can streamline the setup process and ensure that essential data model configuration tasks are completed methodically.

Sync Microsoft Teams Webinars to HubSpot Marketing Events

Microsoft Teams webinar information can now be synced with HubSpot. As a result of the updated Microsoft Teams integration, you can now:??

  • Sync webinar data such as event name, date, start time, end time, organizer, status, and description to HubSpot marketing events.
  • Display webinar activity data on contact pages, including registrations, attendees, cancellations, no-shows, and attendance duration.
  • Create new contact records for registrants not yet in HubSpot

Use Case

With Microsoft Teams webinar data synced to HubSpot, you can centralize your marketing efforts, keep your contacts up-to-date, and conduct data-driven customer outreach.
