HUB's New Claims & Legal Risks Group Supports C-Suite in Addressing Professional & Executive Risk
Attorney Whitney Ross has been tapped to lead HUB International’s new North American Claims & Legal Risks Group, which will provide full-service claims advocacy to the Professional & Executive Risk – ProEx Practice.
Managing risk has become an increasingly complex task, particularly for business leaders entrusted with protecting the personal assets of executives, partners and board members.
That’s why HUB’s Professional & Executive Risk – ProEx Practice has developed the North American Claims & Legal Risks Group, headed by attorney Whitney Ross, an Executive Vice President and Chief Claims Officer based in Dallas.
The new group will provide ProEx clients with pre-claim policy language review and recommendations, claim reporting services, claims process management through resolution and advocacy and recovery support.

Ross and her team of professionals and attorneys have deep expertise in management liability and professional liability, cyber and tech E&O issues, and transactional risk insurance. With risk for professionals greater than ever, the Claims & Legal Risks group will help address risk issues that can confound any executive.
