When a student articulates the relevance of Hindu thought and practice to the specific challenges faced by the Hindu community and by contemporary humanity and is empowered to create innovative approaches centered on Hindu thought to address them, this constitutes mastery.?
Course of the week: ?Interfaith Marriages: Challenges and Reconciliation
This course focuses on interfaith marriages between individuals from Dharmic (Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, and Sikh) and Abrahamic (Jewish, Christian, and Muslim) traditions. It will also explore inter-racial and intra-faith marriages. In this course, we will examine various stages of relationships, from dating all the way after the end of life, the most critical issue being, determining the formal religion(s) of interfaith children.
