HUA Buzz: Fall Quarter Courses Open for Enrollment and more
The Ayurveda & Yoga Healing Retreat is a transformative 4-day journey designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through ancient wisdom and holistic practices. Participants will delve into Ayurveda, Yoga, and Conscious-Living, gaining practical tools for lifelong well-being. Key topics include understanding Ayurveda (doshas, agni, and daily routines), deepening yoga practices for all levels, Ayurvedic diet and nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle changes. The retreat also features an online orientation, daily quizzes, self-assessments, and post-retreat reflection exercises. While it fosters self-awareness and equips participants with lasting health practices, it is not intended to serve as a personal therapy retreat.

This enables students to move beyond the conceptual limitations of Orientalist and Indological scholarship which frames Hinduism as a relic of the past, and engage creatively with our shared, globally integrated future with confidence and clarity.

Hindu University of America (HUA), based in Florida and the California College of Ayurveda (CCA), based in California, are pleased to announce that they have merged. California College of Ayurveda will now operate under the umbrella of the university. This merger, rooted in their shared values and mission, will expand HUA’s offerings into the domain of Ayurveda and Integrative Health, and enable CCA to expand and reach its full potential.
