HTN - CPD Announcement

I recently did the sums and if I had all the courses in my portfolio, many I give away freely as part of my legacy, CPD assessed by so called CPD Accreditation Providers it would cost me over ￡10,000 per year.

All these providers are undertaking is a simple assessment of training / products, policies, and systems that a developer has worked hard to introduce. They are all basically charging a small fortune providing a quality assurance service that I am already providing HTN Subscribers as a free service.

After speaking to others involved in quality assurance of training, I found that we all had the same opinion – we needed to ensure that there is a CPD Assessment Service that can be accessed by those providing training courses, resources, webinars, seminars, and conferences that is honest, reliable, fair and with customer satisfaction at the forefront of the process – not monetary gain!

After months of work on establishing this, I am happy to report that CPD Assessed will be launched at the beginning of June.

All approvals will be through an Assessment Board made up of trustworthy individuals with experience of quality assurance within various sectors. Accreditation Board members will not be involved in approval of any products or services they have developed or have an interest in– thereby keeping everything independent and ensuring there are no conflicts of interests.?

From June all certificates issued by Healthcare Trainers Network will be able to be verified on the CPD Assessed website. This will include certificates issued for users of my free legacy coffee time assessment platform.
