About H5P
"H5P is a free and open-source content collaboration framework based on JavaScript. H5P is an abbreviation for HTML5 Package, and aims to make it easy for everyone to create, share and reuse interactive HTML5 content." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H5P
"Joubel is currently the driving force behind H5P, with a growing team of talented engineers dedicated to H5P. The H5P Core Team has extensive experience with development and design of open source ed-tech and is located in Troms?, Norway."

Content Types
H5P offers 43 different content types that are classified into the following four categories: Games, Multimedia, Questions, and Social Media. H5P Integrations
H5P allows for the following three types of integrations:
"H5P content may be embedded in any platform that supports embedded content (iframes). H5P.com also provides integrations for LMSs like Canvas, Brightspace, Blackboard, Moodle and other systems that support the LTI standard. In addition H5P has plugins for WordPress, Moodle, Drupal and several other publishing systems." Use the following link for more information on H5P integrations and installation guides - https://h5p.org/integrations.
The following video shows you how to use the H5P website to easily create interactive activities that can be embedded into an online course or onto a blog or website. H5P can also help you take something you've found or created on another website, "import" it into H5P, and then embed it into your course or website. Both of those capabilities should prove to be pretty helpful for teachers as well as trainers who have an online presence of any kind for their classes.
The following video covers integrating H5P within Moodle:
