Celebrating 1 Year of Wine Workshops!
October marked 1 year delivering our Wine Workshop training program. Over the past year, the program has demonstrated significant success in providing valuable skills and knowledge for hospitality workers.? We provided workshops for 10 different training groups and helped 114 hospitality workers improve their understanding of wine culture and wine parings. The results from a recent survey offer insights into participant satisfaction, instructor effectiveness, and the course’s impact on employability.?To summarize our findings, check out the infographic below!
Wine Workshop Fun Fact: In the 19th century, a small insect called phylloxera devastated European vineyards. American rootstocks, which were resistant, saved European wine production by serving as grafts for most European vines.?
