New year, new look! ?? As we step into 2025, we’re excited to announce that our LinkedIn Newsletter, formally known as ‘HTA 75 News and Updates’, is now called ‘A Quick Pour’.?

Barista Training?

Today we launched our newest training program – Barista training! This two-day training welcomed seven participants eager to learn techniques and skills that will develop their coffee knowledge and barista experiences.

We are excited to see what kind of cafe beverages our participants craft as well as seeing how they progress throughout their training.


Housekeeping Training?

Our first housekeeping cohort of 2025 officially began today! Over the past few weeks, our Service Navigator and Intake Coordinator (SNIC) team conducted a total of 42 interviews and after careful consideration, they selected 15 participants for our housekeeping cohort.?

These participants represent a diverse global community, which individuals from Nigeria, Mexico, and Barbados, among other places!

Over the next three weeks participants will gain theoretical knowledge and technical skills. The hands-on experience working in live rooms will provide them with real-world exposure and industry-standard practices. ?

Over the next few weeks we will be sharing stories from our participants and watch their journey in the housekeeping program!?
