This is a compilation of the four part series I had shared as short posts on Linkedin.
PART 1
Some people are born entrepreneurs, while on some others, it is thrust upon. In my case, I thrust entrepreneurship on myself, when logic pointed towards staying on course and building a career that was blooming.
Hariharan's School Of Success Education (HSSE) was born in 2009 out of my need to grant myself the 'inevitable freedom' that would allow me to do what I pleased and also the realisation that positions did not matter to me as much as the desire to express myself.
When I began, I had little or no skillsets to be an entrepreneur, and naturally the road ahead was fraught with the danger of big failure. So as I plunged into the journey with determination, and building HSSE into a legacy became the PURPOSE of my life. Along the way came big failures and some notable successes, but often the journey hung by a slender thread.
In its fourteen year now, HSSE is thriving in its own unique way. It is one of the most innovation based organisations and it has taken years to evolve it to its level of current capability. It is indeed a developing story, and this is just the first of a series of posts about the company, which engages and consumes me like nothing else can or does.

PART 2
‘Local' Company, Global Capability’
I had dwelled upon how my journey started. In its fourteenth year, HSSE has developed enormous home-grown capability in terms of our product lines, innovative learning solutions and most importantly, the quality of people engaged with us on various projects. I have no qualms in saying we may be seen by many as a 'local' company, but we have Global Capability.
In terms of building a team, we are a company 'By Entrepreneurs, For Entrepreneurs, Of Entrepreneurs'. I am implementing the Agency model that I learnt while working in the life insurance industry by building a team of 'Like-Hearted Associates'. We are constantly looking to collaborate with good learning professionals.
HSSE thus is not just a company, it is a Platform.
When it comes to engaging with our clients, our motto is Customisation and Making Learning Fun. The Enter-Trainer for me not just a registered trademark, it is a Way of Business and also a Way Of Life. Many clients become close friends, and I keep reminding myself that they are first your client, then a friend, and that there should be no letup in the quality of deliverables.
Since 2009, building HSSE has consumed me physically, mentally and emotionally. It gets more interesting only when great people join the bandwagon and we steer the company towards what we have envisioned.

PART 3
Here I am sharing the Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values (PVMV) of HSSE.
PVMV is an evolving process for any organisation. I don't think we can get the PVMV right the first time or even the tenth time sometimes. In the entrepreneurial journey, a moment comes when you know you got it now. The statements simply start resonating with your inner beliefs, passion and value systems. Entrepreneurs must attend visioning workshops. Though you may not get it all right through a workshop, but it does help to have a facilitator to guide you and ask you leading questions. I certainly benefited from such an exercise and HSSE too now conducts a comprehensive PVMV Workshop.
So, here we go:

PART 4
Building Hariharan's School Of Success Education (HSSE) into a company of my dreams is a passion that has consumed me since 2009. Besides personal evolution, the exciting aspect of the journey has been to develop value added products that are imaginative and creative.
In this journey, I developed many programs. But few years ago, I started focusing on developing products, and not just programs. A program is a stand-alone entity with clearly defined learning boundaries. A product however is consultative in nature, expansive and holistic in its approach.
The first major Organisation Development (OD) product to take shape was our holistic survey The Corporate Holistic-Fitness Instrument (CHI - pronounced as Qi), brilliantly developed by?Niharika Bhargava. Will share a separate post on CHI.
In this post, I want to share about our latest innovation 'Know Your Energy Y-Ring System (KEYS)'. Co-developed by?Dilip Kumar Sharma, we have been receiving fabulous feedback about the assessment and report. KEYS philosophy is based upon understanding yourself and your choices through the language of energy, which we call as Energy-sets.
KEYS can be leveraged for OD as well as an Individual Development Plan (IDP). It can also be leveraged as a Leadership Development tool.
Through KEYS, you will come to know about your Active Energy as well as the three layers of latent energy-sets.
You will get insights into the four energy-sets: CREATOR / BUILDER / PARTICIPATOR / INFLUENCER.
