HRWise recently hosted the much-anticipated HR Forum, Future Proof your HR Strategy where top HR Professionals and government officials convened to discuss the future of the workforce in St. Lucia and to strategize for a more agile and competitive labor landscape.

Government officials in attendance made significant commitments during the event, pledging to implement changes and give further support to the HR Industry on a national level. These commitments demonstrate a strong partnership between the government and industry stakeholders in creating a robust HR ecosystem that supports the nation’s workforce.

The forum’s main discussions revolved around three key topics:

1. Equipping the current labor landscape to handle new challenges

2. Partnering with stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to workforce development and

3. Preparing the upcoming workforce for the world of work.

Participants praised the event for its focus on actionable insights and valuable takeaways, providing HR Professionals with the information they need to create future-proof strategies in their organizations. An enthusiastic attendee shared, “I am truly impressed by the valuable insights on how to create a resilient workforce that can adapt to the rapidly changing business landscape.”
