Lars also emphasizes employee development at Dreamly, just as he did at the conference.

At Dreamly, Lars emphasizes creating an environment where members can use their imagination and take initiative by valuing individual autonomy and self-responsibility?rather than giving specific instructions. This is because he has noticed that Japanese people tend to wait for specific instructions. In Sweden, a leading innovation nation, curiosity and self-driven thinking are highly valued.

Furthermore, Dreamly has a vision to become Japan’s innovation platform and aims to foster each employee as a talent model who can succeed in the future in Japan and overseas by “pursuing self-mastery”(one of Dreamly’s values). Dreamly strives to achieve sustainable growth by balancing self-actualization and corporate value enhancement.
