HR Trends for 2020

There are more long term HR trends that are there every year, like personalization. We will focus on some of the important trends in HR for 2020.

1.    HOLISTIC.

HR should approach issues from different angles. HR should be connected to different parts of the organization.HR should be technology savvy and human centric. HR should be focused on senior management but at the same time HR should be very present in all the veins of the organizations and close to the employees.

Holistic HR, enter from different angles connect different parts and be there for the organization and be there for society as well.

2.    LESS FOCUS ON PROCESS IMPROVEMENT.

What we see in all HR industry they always try to focus on process of improvement and often its improving old processes and giving them a little twist. That all this focus has not led to more happy management and employees. In some organization seen actions called HR. HR invests money in system and redesigned new processes and promises that the life will be better but it’s actually not.

So instead of spending time on the new processes we should give their time back.

So this year HR should less focus on process improvement and focus on those issues that are really important.

3.    BE KIND.

HR has been always “Let’s be tough” and ‘Let’s be kind” it sounds very simple but that is your guidance principal. It helps to cover your issues to disappear. It look too brighter then let’s be kind for 2020.
