HR Transforms Organization as Home Organization

Responsibilities of HR of today is to balance the business, therefore, one can see the appearance of an HR professional in Business development; sales; Techno-Commercial activities, Commercial activities and so on every nook & corner of business spread.HR is not limited only to General HR or Corporate HR rather it is spreading its wings to be -in-charge of Profit and answer to Board why profit has gone down and what are the measures to implement to take the Organization to next level of profit. Thinking of employees satisfaction; employees hand-holding; Performance management System; Payroll and so on are the functions of HR; seems unfair.
