If you have been following our work at Hacking HR over the past couple of years, then you know that we have a strong vision to help HR become the?trailblazer?that leads people and organizations into the future of work. In other words, we believe in the power of HR to lead?THE PATH FORWARD.?

HR sits at the fascinating intersection of people and business operations. And that intersection is where the magic of successful businesses and successful people happens!

This isn't just the decade of HR, it is the most extraordinary and powerful moment to transform work for good. We certainly have the potential to make businesses succeed through the success of their people.??

However... yes... however: we need to do MUCH more than just... HR. And I mean this as in "traditional HR".?

A true trailblazer has the ability to navigate the complexity of the world and move across seemingly different "terrains". A trailblazer knows that leading the way forward means facing chaos and wicked difficulties. And a trailblazer knows that to emerge victorious it is necessary to summon a broad and diverse set of skills and capabilities.?

And that's when the "K-Shaped" model we are bringing to the?Hacking HR's 2022 Global Online Conference?creates so much value.?

We are certainly covering a lot of broad and deep topics in the "HR Dimension". But we have crafted the most robust agenda ever put together for an HR event in order to go beyond the HR Dimension and cover both the "Business" and "Leadership" dimensions.?

Our premise is very simple: to succeed as HR leaders and become the most amazing and effective trailblazers we must transcend traditional HR. That's how we close the gap between having "the potential" to lead the path forward and actually realizing that potential. And we start the journey here: by embracing and learning skills and capabilities that aren't part of the traditional portfolio of HR operations.?

That's what we are doing at the Hacking HR 2022 Global Online Conference and in everything else we do in Hacking HR.?

I have found that the most important obstacle to become trailblazers isn't just the skills and capabilities we don't have (because we can learn those). Instead, the obstacle is what we believe HR can be, do and become. If we believe that HR is just for transactions, then that's what we'll do. If we believe that HR is the business leader and the trailblazer meant to lead the path forward, then that's what we'll do and we will learn how to make it happen.?

Me encantó el artículo Enrique Rubio (he/him). Te sigo los pasos hace un buen tiempo y aprecio mucho el aporte que haces al mundo de HR y las organizaciones en general. Sin duda, para navegar en este mundo de pocas certezas, tenemos que tomar riesgos y dise?ar el camino.
