Almost half (44%) of male workers said they'd struggled with anxiety at work, according to Men’s Health.??

When asked what was most likely to prevent them talking to a manager about their mental wellbeing 'personal embarrassment' came out on top. This stigma around mental health creates a fear of being judged or discriminated against and discourages them from talking about their mental health and seeking support.????
