THE BIG TOPIC

He also covers how certain organisations have acted to create their own marketplaces. This has been driven by an effort to aid internal mobility and re-think how employees can move between different projects.?
If you prefer audio then check out this?recent episode ?of the?Digital HR Leaders?podcast. It features Deloitte's Ina Gantcheva, a leading authority on talent marketplaces.
