HR Thinking: how your CEO feels about hiring
We're approaching that time when the end-of-year reports and future predictions start flooding our inboxes.?
Hot off the press is the Greenhouse?2021 Employer Hiring Sentiment Report. They've flipped the phrase of the moment, 'The Great Resignation', and focused on the 'The Great Rehiring' (imaginative) with survey results taken from 1,000 C-Suite and HR leaders.
The report mainly focuses on hiring expectations in H2 2021, but there will be some overlap of sentiment and intent into the new year.
Key takeaways include the fact that?hiring is a top priority for 84% of CEOS?with 78% of firms planning to increase hiring. However, 68% of those surveyed said that they expect employee churn to increase in the next six months.?
