At the 2-day conference of the 8th Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit that happened on the 4th and 5th of November at the Voco Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia a group of 400+ HR and IT leaders from across the Kingdom came together to brainstorm on the groundbreaking solutions for the upcoming challenges and trends?in Digital Transformation for HR?in the region. A survey conducted by QnA International at this Summit full of?HR and Tech?leaders from cross-industry in the Kingdom,?have provided valuable insights into the current state and?future of work?as we head in 2025 by leveraging technology for HR.?We had HR and IT Leaders from the region from various industries bringing cross industry perspective.



The survey reveals a strong inclination towards embracing HR technology among Saudi organizations. A substantial 85.71% of respondents indicated that their companies are actively investing in HR tech solutions and the percentage of HR processes that are currently automated in their organisations.



This high adoption rate underscores the recognition of technology's role in streamlining HR processes and enhancing overall efficiency. To better understand this adoption and foresee the trends and challenges of 2025 we prepared questions ranging from different functions of HR to understand HR Tech implementation in the Kingdom.
