We are honored to welcome Rebecca Pezzutti, Legal Practice Director at IRiQ Law, as our first guest speaker and discussion facilitator.

Rebecca is an experienced employment and safety lawyer with over 17 years in legal practice. As the Legal Practice Director at IRiQ Law, she leads the firm’s workplace, industrial relations, and safety practice, delivering strategic legal solutions that add value to modern workplaces.

Rebecca advises on complex workplace issues, including employee relations, investigations, and disputes. She is an experienced advocate before the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, and Federal Court. She also provides strategic guidance on safety incidents, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters.

Recognised as a strategic litigator and trusted advisor, Rebecca has built a strong reputation in managing workplace risks and resolving human rights, discrimination, bullying, and harassment matters. She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator of workplace training for leaders and managers.

Rebecca has been elected to the Queensland Law Society Council for two consecutive terms (2019 and 2021) and has served on the QLS Industrial Law Committee, the QLS Ethics Committee, and as a District Law Association President (2018 and 2019).

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney (2006) and a Master of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney (2022).
