Job Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements based on JDs and other job information.
  • Search for candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to understand their experience, skills, career intentions, foreign language proficiency, personality, and communication abilities.
  • Introduce the company and job position to candidates.
  • Preliminarily determine candidates' salary based on the company's compensation standards and their situations.
  • Conduct internal reviews and assessments of candidates.
  • If necessary, conduct a second phone interview.
  • Write candidate recommendation reports.
  • Coordinate interview schedules.
  • Confirm candidates' willingness to join.
  • Extend job offers and assist in signing employment contracts.
  • Provide onboarding support.
  • Follow up with new hires on their first day, first week, first month, and third month.
  • Manage salaries, social security, and housing provident fund.
  • Communicate regularly with current employees to maintain job satisfaction and stability.
  • Handle resignation communications and management.
  • Maintain the talent pool in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English; fluent spoken English preferred.
  • Familiar with recruiting skills.
  • Experience in headhunting and full-time recruiting in the automotive or IT industry preferred.
  • Proficient in computer operation and Office software.
  • Strong empathy and good communication skills.

资格要求:

  • 专科学历或本科学历。
  • 英语读写熟练,口语流利者优先。
  • 熟悉招聘技巧。
  • 有在汽车或IT行业从事猎头或全职招聘的经验者优先。
  • 熟练使用计算机和办公软件。
  • 具有较强的同理心和良好的沟通能力。
