Job Summary:
As the HR & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Flying-Crews.com's reach by sourcing and posting international aviation job openings, engaging with airlines and candidates, and promoting our training programs. You will combine HR expertise with sales acumen to drive growth and enhance our platform's value.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Sourcing & Posting:
Research and identify aviation job openings in Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ).
Engage daily with six airlines (30-45 minutes each) to source job openings from their career sections and official websites.
Create and post accurate, compelling job listings on Flying-Crews.com, including shareable URLs and relevant hashtags for social media promotion (LinkedIn, Linktree, Instagram).
Tag relevant airlines in social media posts.
Create daily 4-5 minute video job descriptions for all postings.
Maintain and update job listings to reflect current opportunities.
Relationship Management & Sales:
Collaborate with airlines to understand their recruitment needs and build strong relationships.
Engage with aviation professionals and job seekers, providing a seamless platform experience.
Interact with HR Professionals and Job Seekers to Enroll in Our Pro HR Courses.
Interact with MBA Students and Job Seekers to Enroll in Our Campus To Corp [C2C] Courses.
Promote Flying-Crews.com's online aviation internship programs.
Social Media & Content Creation:
Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram.
Contribute content to prominent blog platforms such as www.Portrait-Business-Woman.com and www.10BestInCity.com, highlighting success stories and business acumen.
Platform Enhancement & Analysis:
Monitor job listing performance and use data-driven insights to improve user engagement.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the FlyingCrews.com job board.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in aviation recruitment.
Presentation:
Create a compelling PowerPoint presentation on airline hiring and deliver it via Google Meet.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or sales, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong understanding of aviation job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Proficiency in using job posting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media.
Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Passion for the aviation industry and commitment to promoting career opportunities.
