HR and Recruiting Agencies are best friends. It's time to finally release that old Recruiter Stigma that it is anything different.

It's enough. It's also simply not true anymore. Recruiters and HR are not butting heads like they once were known to do.

HR and Recruiting agencies may have had more competition and back and forth battles in the past, but in the last decade, it has become something quite different.

We all have become really good friends...have you not heard?

The value and partnership of a Recruiter or recruiting agency has become more valued over the years and understanding how agencies work, bill out and operate has become a lot more normalized.

In a solid & real relationship, HR comes to Recruiters the minute they find news of hiring. These quite stellar partnership allow each department to be fully staffed and prepared for hiring swings.

In many situations, HR may even send all the applicants to the Recruiting Agency to screen and yes get paid on as well, since HR teams may need to focus on other tasks and will want the best person on the phones and sourcing, screening and being the greatest intermediaries to manage the relationship, excitement and overall process of the candidate.

Candidates are more valuable than any commodity the world has to offer, and should always be treated as such, so a Recruiter who has the time dedicated to the hiring process can give Candidates great experiences by hand holding them and getting them through the process as smoothly as possible.

This is where the recruiting agency/recruiter can shine and take over, easing the minds of HR professionals.

HR has enough to work on, they would love the idea of someone to just focus on TA/Recruiting and managing the process with candidates.

HR is there to help companies succeed and grow - and focusing on creating a stellar relationship with each and every partner is an HR goal; as a Recruiting vendor, you should totally try your best to become that HR department's favorite person to call.
