HR Pros Should Consider AI Robots As Their Body Doubles

There is no question that AI will continue to tremendously impact Human Resources. There are also major opportunities in leadership and management development that will demand HR time if organizations are going to successfully transform during the next five years.
Current C-Level roles are currently well-defined leaving HR Pros positioned as the only executives who can best transition into additional roles. It is also important that the gap between performance and achievement of goals remains an area of concern. Therefore HR Pros should spend more time on the main aspects of business where HR can use Learning and Training Development in people development, customer service, revenue generation, EBITDA improvement, and technology/innovation. HR Pros should spend their precious time on the above five areas to self-develop or reskill to help improve middle management performance, and to increase their ability to influence other members of the leadership team.
With the above concentration, this would allow HR Pros to utilize AI to enhance communication, focus on team collaboration, emphasize creativity, and provide personalized feedback, and coaching.
