When began my HR journey, through when I launched CYB Human Resources in 2015, I wished for a community of HR experts and entrepreneurs to connect with.

As an HR Assistant years ago, I had a defining moment when someone asked me, "Are you sure you want to be in HR?" Their cautionary advice about the challenges of maintaining boundaries and confidentiality in HR stuck with me.

Navigating HR can be tough, especially when facing new and complex issues without a support network. That's why I believe in the power of a community of HR professionals who understand the industry's intricacies and can provide guidance and support.

HR is a dynamic and challenging field, and not everyone grasps its complexities. That's why I'm considering launching a community for HR professionals. This would be a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive real-time advice and ideas to tackle HR challenges head-on, with a team of other HR Experts behind you!
