How many businesses are guilty of having a suite of HR policies and procedures in place but neglect reviewing them?
We see so many businesses that implement policies but then fail to monitor and review them regularly.
Not only does this put some of your policies at risk of not being compliant with current employment legislation but could also put your business at risk.
We recommend that at the minimum a yearly review should be undertaken of all policies, however, don’t wait for an incident to occur before reviewing and updating.
