Job Summary: As the HR (Generalist) Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the effective recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier talent. You will work closely with senior management to foster a positive work environment and drive the company's HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates for various positions.
3. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires receive necessary training, orientation, and support to facilitate their integration into the company.
4. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
5. Implement and manage employee performance appraisal systems, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
6. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
7. Manage and resolve employee grievances and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees and managers.
9. Oversee employee relations initiatives and foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and recognition programs.
10. Maintain HR records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee information, contracts, and policies.

11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, propose improvements, and provide recommendations to management.
12. Stay up to date with the latest HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.
Qualifications:
1.Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.?
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is essential.
4. Demonstrated expertise in Compensation Benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
9. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
10. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
