Intelligence HR is all about helping organizations increase their intelligence in staffing, development, and payroll. Human Resources (HR) is about setting people up for success in their careers. That means if HR is not doing their jobs in developing talent, improving the organization, and setting people up for success, then they will find their abilities are wasted. The fact is a business needs to have a high-quality HR department to be competitive, and they need someone that understands people and the intelligence that they bring to any organization. We cannot afford to have a weak and ineffective department. We cannot afford to have a department full of spin drivers and rubber stampers. That is why many businesses have human resources because they need to have a human resource that is talented, innovative, and intelligent. A good human resource makes sure people know what is expected of them, how they are being measured, how their performance affects the results of the company, and what role they can play in the overall strategy. This is the type of intelligence that is the key to a strong and healthy organization. It is also the kind of intelligence that will keep it competitive in today's marketplace. If you think this intelligence HR is too costly, you are mistaken. There are many ways to cut the cost of such a department. Many large businesses have already replaced their human resources departments with intelligence HR. These types of units operate according to the same principles as traditional HR, but they operate with intelligence. If you have a department full of spin drivers and rubber stampers, then you need to get rid of them and get a solid and capable human resource department back into your organization.
