I’ve been unusually subdued over the past couple of weeks. That’s what a suspected broken rib has done to me!

11 people running 10k in a pack, over muddy terrain, six foot trenches, jumping off bridges and swimming lakes, oh and not forgetting the best bit - a huge water slide!??
Yes - I ran the WOLF run again this year - but this time ended up with a broken rib - I carried on though, and completed the whole course - determined or crazy - I’ll let you decide!
So, I’ve been recuperating and moving around the house very gingerly, it also means I’ve not been exercising. Which I’m really starting to miss, as it gives me the energy and motivation to tackle each day - at least Rich and the kids have had some peace and quiet!
