JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Generalist is a position within our client’s Human Resources Department. Using a proactive approach, the Human Resources Generalist will be actively engaged in building the culture, policies and talent within the organization while working with all levels of staff. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be actively mentored for a managerial role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment – Help our client’s Human Resources department manage recruitment sourcing through college engagement as well as actively reach out to artistic and technical professionals throughout the animation industry. This will include creating job descriptions, managing the applicant tracking system / job postings / social media postings, and assisting with developing an employee brand.
• Employee Relations - Work closely with the company’s VP of Human Resources to assist in employee relations meetings, investigations, and resolutions.
• Learning and Development - Work with the company’s VP of Human Resources to design and implement all compliance-related training.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience working with 3+ years working in Generalist capacity.
• Bachelor's degree. Human Resources or Business Administration majors preferred.
• Experience in entertainment production, gaming, or technology desired.?
• Strong problem-solving ability utilizing advanced decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with a hybrid work-from-home/work-in-the-office weekly structure.
• Ability to travel.
