Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated HR Fresher who has recently graduated with a degree in HR or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of HR functions and the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Requirements: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong understanding of HR functions and the recruitment lifecycle. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications: Internship or academic projects related to HR or recruitment. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
