• The presence percentage is declining from April to June (Black line indicates the trend). It can be due to the changes in weather as this is specific to India. Organization may conduct certain health awareness sessions for this.
• In April 2022, the percentage of sick leave is increased to 4%. So, it is recommended that organization should find out the root causes in this issue and take preventive measures.

• From the table data, which is on the left side of the report, organization can be able to see the individual data and they can filter it out the 3 months schedule of taking leaves for that employee.
• This report has present percentage against the day of the week. which clearly shows that Tuesday is having higher presence percentage. Although this is relative. But for any engagement activity, the organization can perform it on that day as it encompasses highest presence.
