Time has reached to sharpen our skills and make HR employable in future in the world of automation. Though the job is not at stake but we can be redundant owing to lack to business skills and excelling to become a SME to partner business.

HR Competencies has evolved from the earlier required based on the massive change in ops for the business and the need of HR to partner it !!
