H.R. 3564 Middle Class Borrower Protection Act of 2023 is expected to come to the House floor next week.
Given that it will likely be open to amendments, the vote will likely be towards the end of the week. This Bill is intended cancel recent changes made by the Federal Housing Finance Agency to the up-front loan level pricing adjustments charged by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for guarantee of single-family mortgages, and for other purposes.
H.R. 3564 will also require the Government Accountability Office to conduct an investigation on why these changes were made and what information was taken into consideration when making the changes.
I encourage you to share your opinions ahead of next weeks vote with your Congressional Leader.

1 年This whole thing is sickening...and, there aren't any real Congressional leaders... It seems that all the members of Congress do is create situations which will require investigation after investigation because they're all a bunch of brainless twits, and they are not to be trusted. So, what else is good, Todd?
