HPV Technology Adds Another Layer of Protection

My partner picked up her new car at the weekend and is absolutely delighted with it. I am equally pleased with her purchase, but for a different reason….the safety kit is awesome! Autonomous braking, lane keep assist, blind spot sensors, to name just a few.
Car manufacturers clearly recognise the abilities of their customers, but also understand they may need a little help from time to time. Even though the potential incident may not have been the driver’s fault, the technology took over to avoid any possible harm to the wellbeing of anybody involved.
Similarly, HPV technology is not there to replace cleaning or manual disinfection, it is there to add a further layer of protection in the event something goes wrong. I guess this is why hundreds of Oxy’Pharm machines are relied on by scores of UK hospitals everyday to add in that extra layer of protection. Nobody is questioning The Trust’s ability to clean and disinfect their clinical areas, they just want to ensure maximum safety, for NHS patients and staff alike, against a broad spectrum of pathogens. For example, it is comforting to know HPV offers outstanding disinfection for medical devices, including sensitive electronics equipment, which can then go on to safely treat the next sick patient.
You might not be aware but, Oxy’Pharm’s HPV machines are sold in 90+ countries worldwide and offer an automated disinfection process. The treatments deliver up to a log 7 reduction against viruses, bacteria, spores, yeasts and moulds. The process only costs a few £s for a typical side room and, being automated, means cleaning operatives can be freed up to carry out other invaluable tasks whilst the fumigation process takes place.
No doubt the Trusts can take away the added layer of protection offered by Oxy’Pharm HPV, just like the driver could disable the autonomous breaking and lane keep assist. However, they may be very glad it was there when they needed it most.
