PrintOS Service Center is one of the unique and innovative apps in the newly introduced HP PrintOS portfolio for HP Latex and 3D Printers. The range of apps is growing fast as we add more applications for end-users, and our Channel Partners. With features like ‘My Dashboard’, ‘Troubleshooting’ and ‘Stats & Reports’, HP Service Center is sure to provide the quickest time to resolution while reducing operational costs.
This feature-rich app can be accessed from any PC or mobile device. It offers greater efficiency and control of our installed base of equipment from a single point of reference. The app enables receiving important notifications wherever you are, even on the road. Being equipped with critical customer data enables proactive measures, so that customers can be contacted before there they call for support. This app gives the control and visibility needed to ensure ongoing customer success for all HP customers - big and small.
Furthermore, we’re continuously enhancing available applications with updates, new features and capabilities for HP Indigo, PageWide Industrial, Latex and 3D printers and presses.
