HP Multi Jet Fusion - Sample Prints
The HP Jet Fusion 3D Printing Solution is much more than just a 3D printer — it’s a truly integrated end-to-end solution designed to address many of the pain points in existing 3D printing processes.
Reinvent how you prototype and produce functional parts:
Superior, consistent part quality
Produce functional parts with extreme dimensional accuracy and optimal mechanical properties.
Breakthrough productivity
Breakthrough speed up to 10 times faster with 30 million drops per second across each inch of the working area.
Lowest cost per part
Reduce your costs, opening your doors to short-run manufacturing.
HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is a powder-based 3D printing technology that currently uses PA 12, PA 12 glass bead and PA 11. With an open materials platform, you can expect a plethora of materials to be added in the coming months.
MJF is ideal for when you need excellent surface quality and texturing, for functional prototypes or end-parts. I was fortunate to visit and tour the HP Graphics Experience Center in Barcelona and I took pictures of sample prints that I'd like to share.
Please scroll below to see the HP Jet Fusion 4200 3D printing solution and sample prints using the MJF technology. Most of the prints below were printed using PA 12.
Special thanks to Iuliia Krupikova for providing me with the private tour of HP Graphics Experience Center in Barcelona, Spain.
