I’m very excited to share with you the newest addition to the HP Service Advantage portfolio – HP Expert Now. This new mobile tool enables HP Channel Partners to provide their customers and their own support personnel with direct and immediate access to HP experts.
This app is a powerful time-saver, that helps increase productivity and improves the service experience for end-users and Channel Partners alike. With Expert Now, end-users get quick response and resolution to their technical problems, and our partners gain another dimension of support together with a new business advantage. The initial release of HP Expert Now is available for HP Latex Industrial Printer users and partners. Other HP Service Advantage services available for Latex Printers and other HP Large Format Production printers include HP Visual Remote Guidance and HP Print Care.
