Have you checked your heart today?

Here are 3 ways to improving the state of your heart!

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things

God is looking for people who want what God wants

Have you ever clutched with God on your journey with him? When you knew where He was taking you but never mentioned anything about the journey? The journey is more important than the destination because it is through your journey that God will transform you, mold you and shape you to what He wants you to be.

Transformation is a process you should embrace for your heart and inner man, it is a process of saying; “God, would you search and deal with my heart!” You have to work on your heart – the bible says: “The heart is deceitful”.?Did you know that your heart may be deceitful at times? – That’s why it must be purified daily.

Here are 3 ways to improving the state of your heart:

Conditions

“Love God with a pure heart”

A heart that has been refined by fire, a heart that has gone through challenges and overcame with no bitterness and resentment but allowed the fire to do what the fire can do and burn the resentment and bitterness away so that you can come out and love God and his people from the place of a pure heart.

“Trust God with all your heart” – Proverbs 3 vs 5

A condition of your heart is so important, a healthy heart will hear the voice of God better because it won’t be filled with hurt or bitterness. God tests the heart and mind; Ref: Psalms 7 vs 9

To be what God wants you to be – you’ll have to go through the process of where your heart will be tested, that process is not easy but very necessary for your heart.

  1. Consistency

How often do you check the state of your inner man? This should be the daily practice where you put away what you want and embrace what God wants.

Ask God to create in you a clean heart so that you may be purified –?Ref: Psalms 52 vs 10

Your growth is through this process of transformation because God is turning you into what He wants you to be so He could use you, therefore you must consistently embrace this process of transformation.

  1. Capacity

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good things” –?Matthew 12 vs 35

This is a phase where you start influencing the people around you, a phase where you allow God to expand your capacity so you could have more of him. This is where you start to affect change. where you stop being frustrated about a lost and broken world and start to impact and change the lost and broken world.

Ask yourself:

  • How much of Jesus do I have?
  • When people see me, do they see more of Him or more of me?

This phase is when you start to change the world around you – this is when you start to impact the people around you!

“By this, my father is glorified, that you bare many fruits so you will be my disciples” John 15 vs 8
