Now for the latest Montecito real estate stats - the last week of March there were 6 New Listings, 4 Closed Sales and 1 Pending Sale. One of the closed sales this past week was an off market sale - 1050 Fairyway Road. Throughout the whole month of March there were 13 Closed Sales, the highest sale being 319 San Ysidro Road, an off market sale for $32M. This is very similar to the March stats from 2023, where there were 12 Closed Sales, although the highest sale in March last year was 377 Santa Rosa Lane, which closed for $14.23M. Now that we are officially done with the first quarter of 2024 we shall see how the Q2 starts out!
