“How’s the market?”

“How’s the market?”

When you’re in the real estate, there’s one question that you hear more than all others.

It’s this: “How’s the market?”

Think about it… How many times a week do you get that question?

And then think about this…

How many times do you capitalize on it to engage the person who asked?

Far too many agents squander that opportunity with a quick “It’s great” and leave it at that.

Here’s what you should say instead:

“It really depends…

Are you interested in buying? Selling? Investing? Or renting?

Each is VERY different.

Which part of the market are you interested in?”

By giving the customer choice, you get real answers and you get right to the point.

The best part about it is you generate leads out of this simple change in script.

Why don’t you give that one a try and like this post so that I share with you the script - my team personally use to book appointments from internet leads consistently.

PS. this picture is taken on the recent trip to sharaan forest and you can see three passionate real estate students enjoying their first camping experience.
