However, my power is not equal to the King’s. I am helpless to rescue you.”

The devotee internally by mind unattached from external-senses desires acquires meditation-originated happiness which is in Soul; thereby, he becoming integral part of Divine-Brahma enjoys Divine immortal love. (Gita: 5/21) 

The person who has abandoned affection with body, nerves, mind, intelligence, life etc and happiness from words, touch, etc senses and is in union with Divine God has been mentioned here. In the previous stanza it was stated that one should not get happy and sore while experiencing dearest or un-dearest. To achieve this state of mind one has to unattached himself from the outer-world as a precondition.   

Whether bonding is external or internally by mind the outer-touch is only mortal produced materials. Person does not experience his own immortal soul-form as long as has attachment with external world. The touch with mortal world is not stable though many think so and connection is also not sustainable. Whereas soul is sustainable therefore the relation with external world will not remain same because external world is constantly decaying. Man does not realize this fact and consider the happiness derived from the relation with touch with external is sustainable. On this assumption Man do not like to abandon the bonding. When Man abandons this unrealistic assumption he is liberated. The relation of Man with God is sustainable. Man in desire of happiness develop bonding with external-touch, however, as a result he receive only misery (5/22).

God is specially emphasizing by abounding affection with external materials Man internally experiences Divine God. When affection with materials world ceases automatically Man became integral part of Brahma-Sovereignty. As when light is switch on darkness vanish and light appear at same time.   To discard ego of “I am” “I am doer” “I am brilliant” the best way is to realize the Divine-element, because without developing union with Brahma-Sovereignty, it is difficult to abandon completely self ego and self- sovereignty.  As long as Man enjoy worldly materials, micro ego manifest in him. When man abandons his Karma and its fruits, then his ego demise and ultimately he enjoy divine-happiness. This divine-happiness has been mentioned in (6/21& 6/28 & 14/27).

The experience of divine-happiness naturally produces attraction towards Divine-element (18/54).  In this Divine-love never scarcity comes. Every day it increases. When this love is discussed, when it is thought, it always look fresh and new this is constantly increase of love.  When this love is perceived as “earlier it was lacking now it has been fulfilled” this is of Devotee status. When even experiencing renewed Divine-Love it is not perceived as “earlier it was lacking now it has been fulfilled” then it is qualified-Devotion status.

Man can move upward in same birth with Karma and devotion. The Caste system is not part of original Hindu society or religion. Below example make this very clear.

“Visvamitra was born as the son of Gadhi and formerly ruled his kingdom as a righteous Ksatriya. Once …….he came upon the hermitage of the great Brahmarsi, Vasistha.

……..Vasistha brought his Kamadhenu cow named Sabala before Visvamitra, and ordered her to produce a sumptuous royal feast.  ……….Visvamitra and his men then feasted to their full satisfaction.

………………….Visvamitra then replied, “this cow should rightfully belong to me, for the king is meant to possess the very best of everything”.

“because Vasistha’s refusal only fanned the flames of Visvamitra’s desire, …………Visvamitra grabbed the cow and began dragging her out of the asarma.

……Sabala freed herself……..As she fled back to the asrama, Vasistha replied, “My dear Sabala, I am certainly not abandoning you. However, my power is not equal to the King’s. I am helpless to rescue you.”

“Sabala replied, Dear rsi, the king’s material strength is insignificant in compare to your spiritual strength. If you allow me to do so…….

“when Vasistha gave his consent, sable proceeded to create innumerable fierce warriors from her body that began to consume Visvamitra’s army………..

…..Visvamitra departed, pale and dejected. Visvamitra ordered his only remaining son to rule the kingdom and retired to the forest to perform austerities, hoping to please Lord Siva.

“Visvamitra’s powerful austerities began to heat up the entire universe……..Lord Brahma, …….went to Visvamitra and awarded him the status of brahmarsi,………..

Turkey's first domestically produced fully electric car.

Three out of 10 people in Turkey will be using electric vehicles by 2030, experts suggest. The country has a growing potential in the sector, especially after unveiling its first domestically-produced fully-electric car

Turkey shows real growth potential for the electric vehicle market, especially with its first all-electric, locally-produced vehicle that was recently unveiled, experts said.

The Atlantic Council Global Energy Center Deputy Director for Climate and Advanced Energy David Livingston told Anadolu Agency that the introduction of Turkey's first, domestic all-electric vehicle was a clear signal that electrification of the transport sector is a "strategic priority" for the country.

Turkey's first domestically-produced all-electric car was introduced last December.

Five industrial giants, namely the Anadolu Group, BMC, K?k Grup, Turkcell and Zorlu Holding as well as an umbrella organization, the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, joined forces to form Turkey's Automobile Joint Venture Group (TOGG) in June 2018.

By 2030, TOGG will produce and own the intellectual and property rights of five different models – SUV, sedan, c-hatchback, b-SUV and b-MPV. The vehicle-manufacturing factory, which is anticipated to cost TL 22 billion, will employ more than 4,300 staff, including 300 qualified personnel.

TOGG's engineers are responsible for the entire design of all original and patented electric vehicle platforms for all five models.

"It is not just a goal written down on paper but the country is putting more than $3.5 billion into developing this electric vehicle platform and the automobile joint venture TOGG. From an energy security perspective, this makes imminent sense in addition to cutting emissions," he said.

With the country's annual bill of more than $40 billion for energy imports, most of which comes from oil, Turkey's electric vehicle strategy is appropriate in addressing its current account deficit, according to Livingston.

He explained that this strategy would not only address the local market in Turkey but he expects that the electric vehicles will also be exported to markets around the world.

Livingston said Turkey's ambition to have 1 million electric vehicles on the road by 2030 is attainable but it would require coordinated investments and supportive policies while preparing a roadmap for placing 1 million charging points across the country in key transport corridors by 2030.

"It will not happen automatically. But the Shura Energy Transition Center in Turkey estimates that by 2030, three out of every 10 citizens in Turkey will be driving an electric vehicle," he said.

He stressed that Turkey also needed to determine locations where the power grid needed upgrading and strengthening to deal with the anticipated charging uptake, develop a battery manufacturing strategy and determine who will own and/or oversee the charging infrastructure.

Similar to Turkey, Europe began its ambitious electric vehicle strategy by offering incentives for the construction of large-scale factories for manufacturing lithium-ion batteries to serve the anticipated growing demand from electric vehicles in the European market and around the world, Livingston explained.

Attracting battery manufacture capacity is key

With Turkey's rich history as a manufacturing economy, Livingston advised that it would be preferable to seriously consider building battery manufacturing capacity in Turkey. He gave the example of a Chinese battery manufacturer and technology company, CATL, who has already researched Turkey as a manufacturing facility location.

"Nowadays battery manufacturing is a very competitive landscape. You need not only a very ambitious target and policy that supports achieving a high degree of electric vehicle penetration in the automotive sector but you also probably need some sort of incentive mechanisms to attract the investment for that battery manufacturing facility," he said.

Livingston also recommended that a clear supply chain in terms of raw materials would help the country reach its aim.

He detailed that Turkey needed to consider whether it could source key minerals for the production of cobalt and lithium locally or obtain them through established commercial and trading relations with producers in Africa or from three South American countries, known as the lithium triangle, in Bolivia, Chile and Argentina.

Although Turkey has lithium, uranium and a lot of graphite deposits, he stressed that it was not necessary to develop all these deposits in the country, but rather ensure a robust supply chain with price transparency and reliability to provide these minerals to the battery manufacturing facility located in the country.

To acquire a secure supply chain, he suggested that Turkey avail of its rich and long-standing commercial relationships with countries in its broader region, including Sub-Saharan Africa, where nearly 60% of the world's cobalt is sourced from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
