How Zonifero will Optimise Over 100,000 sq. m of Office Space for Cavatina

What’s exciting about working in the tech industry is that even with over 15 years of experience in IT, consisting of hundreds of projects delivered for Polish and international clients, there’s always something new in each implementation. A unique approach to take, with new challenges to face.
Working with Cavatina on implementing Zonifero in their new investments is one of these unique and fresh experiences.
As a result of this collaboration, we will successfully connect Zonifero with Integral by Cavatina in their new office buildings in three locations throughout Poland; Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Katowice, totalling for 126.1 thousand sq. metres of optimised office space.
During the implementation we will have to address the following three issues:
1. The scale is the challenge
PropTech is still quite novel, and there don’t exist many solutions and implementations in the field of optimising processes in offices and buildings. Of course, we can speak about smart offices, smart homes, the use of IoT sensors and systems to manage them, but holistic solutions like Zonifero are innovative in their comprehensive approach.
In this project, a challenge is to bring smart and automated property management to three different locations and buildings in Poland – an approach that has no precedent in the market.
2. An existing tech
Connecting Zonifero with present solutions requires us to merge our system with existing tech, used in Cavatina buildings. As some of them are currently under construction, we have to make sure that our system will work well with each building, regardless of the solutions already implemented.
Fortunately, the Cavatina board of directors took an innovative approach and will update their systems, allowing us to completely connect Zonifero with Integral by Cavatina.
3. Choosing the tech
Today, several technological solutions may be used in properties and offices. Therefore, it’s essential to match the needs of investors and tenants with solutions that thoroughly address them.
During the implementation of Zonifero, we provide thorough analysis to every possible use case, so that the applied solution answers real needs. Optimising the use of conference rooms, parking spots, and facilitating guest reception, are just three examples of how Zonifero upgrades the modern workplace.
