The world is hungry for authenticity, for connection, for real human stories that inspire and uplift. And you, my friend, are the storyteller.
If you focus on being a blessing, and making an impact with your videos then you can boldly and confidently show up on camera.
But if you focus on the fear of being judged or someone leaving bad comments on your post then you won't show up at all.
So Here Are Three powerful tips that help my clients to show up confidently on camera. May it help you as well...
?? Set the atmosphere - You can play worship music, meditate, and dance so that you can relax and release the nerves
?? Declare Your Destiny - Tell the atmosphere what's about to happen by declaring powerful statements about what will happen after you post your video. "I Am Blessing Thousands of People." "Thousands of people will love this video because I Am serving them." "I Am Making $1000 posting this video because my ideal clients love to pay for my services." These declarations will remind you why you came on social media in the first place.
?? Laugh & Hit Record - This last step ensures you start your video on a high note. People can hear the laugh in your voice and will feel joy filled all because you showed up! Energy is contagious. So if you show up with nervous energy you'll pass this to your viewers and they'll likely never share your video with their community. But if you show up with excited energy you will pass this to your viewers and they'll want to share it with other people.
When you implement these tips and stay focused on your purpose/being a blessing to your audience then you can be yourself on camera and overcome your fear.
There are thousands of people waiting for you to bless their timeline. Will you keep them waiting?
