How your simple morning routine can be a game-changer?

Everyone has a different morning routine. They function differently. I too had a different routine and now I’m altogether a different person.
Start with one hack and go to another one. Neuroscience says we need minimum 21 days to make something as a daily habit.
Here are 10 simple yet so healthy morning routine changes I made and became more productive.
?? Daily I wake up at 6 am. I stick to the same time to make my circadian rhythm function effectively.
?? I don’t use phone first 1 hour. Social media is a mindset killer in the morning.
?? Hydrating myself and offering a healthy breakfast are my favourites.
?? I offer gratitude prayer right after opening my eyes. It keeps me grounded.
?? I stretch my body after leaving my bed. That brings flexibility to the muscles and joints which were resting during sleep.
?? I make my bed right after to accomplish at least one task in the morning.
?? I organise my kitchen and what all needs to be done throughout the day. Since my dad is aging I need to keep the show running at home.
?? I go to café 5 days a week. I dress up for myself to feel confident not to show anyone. Don’t pretend. Be yourself.
?? I take 10-15 mins of sunlight to brighten myself up. Even ayurveda also recommends this.
?? Start the day with a genuine smile and feel light.
You are alive, that’s the biggest blessing you get everyday. Be grateful for this. Since the day I started practising gratitude my life changed.
These hacks are simple and I’m sure you must have heard it from your parents/grandparents. Believe me, these are meaningful.
