Gifts from Creator to deal with Climate Change, and a retail pricing of what mankind needs to survive. Especially, right now — fire, flood “proof”, affordable housing to replace what has been destroyed due to backwards looking governmental policy for lack of following existing "Prudent Man" U.S. Mining Law, instead of some off-shore based billionaire speculator suggestions!

My input, being born a “precocious child” during the “Great Depression”; to spend a food rationed, close to bankruptcy, risky Oregon Coast fire ballooned World War II childhood; then in the First Cold War in USAF Intel directly under “bomb them back into oblivion” General LeMay; before I took my Bay Area family to escape the protest era (being we were non-conformists who could not follow the made up rules of non-conforming)by escaping to pioneer the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail. Horse packing, with children 8-10-12 years old, 2,500 miles on a “prospecting” trip from Mexico to Canada. Reason #2 has to do with a cement manufacturing cost of a continually raising percentage of CO2 responsibility.? The success of having a 100 percent natural supply of Roman-Cement fly ash pozzolan available underground in a uniform valued assay of a superior Nepheline Syenite has been attacked by a powerful cartel that knows full well their plan to recycle carbon collected out of a not so thin air, at an unknown expense, for pumping back into the earth —cannot compete with natures product. Nepheline syenite was treated by fire when coming from deep in the Earth by a volcanic intrusion eruption which transformed the crystallization into a form of glass, that recently was used to repair an overpass on Interstate I-95 in Philadelphia.

Being that the worlds’ goal of “0” Carbon emissions has already been proven by a better, stronger, smarter volcanic Rare earths material, to work well with another naturally organic Lithium, and has an upcoming role in “glass logs” to contain nuclear fusion waste, and recent university grad level studies have shown that the flux point of nepheline would help the steel industry deal with their “dirty air” problem, our collective way to start using my US Mining Law of 1872, Department of Interior, BLM and State of Oregon apex of underground mining claims that already contains a visually proven, instead of drilling to an assumed batholith,? the length x width x depth have been professionally proven to have a uniform valued 250 Million Tons, in-place.

Which means that there should be enough American nepheline to answer the “fire and flood” proof need for affordable housing, which should deeply discount the unaffordable, soon unavailable, requirement for homeowners insurance?

Just as I had outlined in a filed Plan of Action in 2018 on my BLM grandfathered-in quarry holdings to go underground, without disturbing any USFS, or neighboring school section Georgia Pacific / Weyerhauser? trees. Nor leaving an ugly tailing pile, or massive pit only fit for a rehab “garbage land fill”, which would have been visible from the popular tourist town of Newport, Oregon.
