Here i am writing about the present reality of freebies or to say it's about free education where the underprivileged children receive the free education from an institute/organisation.

Why I am writing this article is most of the freebies given by an institute/organisation after some time it wouldn't be recognised and respected and also who had accessed wouldn't give expected results. How about your opinion about freebies and free services to the underprivileged people/society. looking for the best comments from everyone.
