How Your Mindset Determines Your Success (or Failure)

How Your Mindset Determines Your Success (or Failure)

Two weeks ago, I was on a panel with two outstanding industry peers, Nelson Griswold and Les Morales, and we were asked which was more critical: skill set, toolset, or mindset?

In the insurance industry, a considerable emphasis has been placed on skillsets and toolsets. For a long time, skillset (the knowledge you have) and your toolset of products on your tool belt were the most valuable, but minimal emphasis has been placed on your mindset (what it takes to think yourself to success). This is something I struggled with for a long, long time. I was an average health insurance advisor for a long time.

Now, as we head into the last part of the year here, I want to pose a fundamental question to you.

You have the skill and tools, but do you have the mindset to win big in the fourth quarter? If not, I want to invite you to join the Broker Branding Academy.

We are one week out from the third quarter Academy launch, and the entire goal of this academy is to help you set up the most successful fourth quarter you have had to date.

People always ask me, Andy, what's the most significant difference between people who succeed in your academies and those who don't?

I think it's simple. It's taking what you learn and developing a plan around it that you execute consistently.

Part of the success is knowing you've got a plan and can execute it confidently. So if you know you could use a little boost in mindset, I want to invite you to go all in on yourself. We've got four months left, so why not make this the best last half of the year you have ever had.

If you want to know more about the Broker Branding Academy and see if it's a good fit for you, shoot me a comment. Let's connect, and we'll jump on a call.

So remember, you don't need more skill. You don't need more tools. You need the mindset to know that you are going to sprint across the 2022 finish line successfully.
